Yes, TokyoTech services can be used globally. You can use it anywhere you go. However, you need to use headset and internet for calling your destinations. Please click RECHARGE OLD PINS and enter by PIN. Click on PHONE button, it will install automaticall our Dialer. Accept all and then you will see a dialer on destop. You can dial then using E134 rules, i.e., dial country code, area code and destination number. No # key is required.
